GLOBAL YOUNG SCIENTISTS SUMMIT 2019 (2019全球年輕科學家高峰會)

Ø The Global Young Scientists Summit in Singapore is a gathering of
young researchers worldwide for a chance to interact with eminent
scientists and technology leaders. It was started in 2013 with the
objective of exciting and engaging young scientists to pursue their
scientific dreams through close interactions with distinguished
scientists and researchers, and with peers.

Ø The Summit provides a platform for conversations on science and
research, technology innovation and society, and solutions to global
challenges.

   EVENT DATES:  20-25 JANUARY 2019

   EVENT VENUE:  NANYANG TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, SINGAPORE

 A local hospitality package (including accommodation within the
vicinity of the campus) will be provided for participants in Singapore
during the Summit.

SUMMIT 2019審查)

 申請人資格：

Ø young scientists and researchers (PhD students and post-docs)

Ø below 35 years old (at the time of the Summit)

Ø The participants should also demonstrate the following:

• Have strong passion and interest in research;

• Have good English skills for active discussion and engagement with
peers and speakers;

• Have strong academic achievements in his/her area of research and
assessed to be within the top 10 percent of the cohort;

• Have strong support from nominating institution, preferably to have
a recommendation letter from academic advisor or supervisor enclosed.
