標題：Some Collective Motions Based on the Cucker-Smale Model

摘要： Collective motions such as flocking of birds, schooling of fish and swarming of bacteria are often observed in complex biological systems. Nowadays, several models have been proposed to explain these phenomena. Among them, the one proposed by Cucker and Smale has attracted much attention, and many extended works are then taken into account. In this talk, we will discuss two collective motions based on the Cucker-Smale one, where collision avoidance problem and agents with free-will accelerations are considered, respectively. The theoretical results will be provided and some numerical simulations to support these will also be presented. This is a joint work with Prof.\ Jonq Juang.
